We took Elizabeth to the local corn maze in Shakopee, MN this year. Jason and I have been saying for years that we were going to go and walk the corn stalks, get lost, get sunburned, and spend hours trying to get out. That didn't happen because they pretty much dummy-proof it and give you a map. Elizabeth thought it was pretty cool and they have a ton of stuff for little kids at this place. They have a petting zoo that had goats, lion cubs (no petting allowed there), ostriches, llamas, spider monkeys (no petting went on there either...those things are mean), kangaroos, and some horses. Sadly with all the other cool animals that she won't get many

opportunities to pet often again, she decided the goats were the coolest. She had seen goats one other time when we took her on her first zoo trip so we think that spawned her new interest in goats. We will likely own one someday now and I hope it eats the grass so we don't have to spend time mowing it again (that's a joke, I wouldn't know what to do with a goat). She also got to see the pig races, the giant corn pen that you could play in, and a big slide.
